An encoure performance of the newest addition to the CARE repertoire! John Lithgow's delightful children's book, A Carnival of the Animals, provides the storyline for this original ballet, set to a composition by Saint-Saens. A young boy falls asleep in a Natural History Museum, and in his dreams the animals of the museum come to life and take on some of the characteristics of his family and friends.
