CARE received it’s second Operational Grant from the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment of the Arts for fiscal year 2019-20. A third application for fiscal year 2020-21 is now under review. “It’s wonderful knowing the training of dancers and CARE productions are recognized at State and National levels,” says Heather Liskewitz, Artistic Director.
The Meijer Foundation stepped forward in 2020 to support CARE’s Community Outreach Program.
The Wege Foundation renewed their support of CARE’s Community Outreach Program for 2020-21.
Dean Transportation has stepped forward to augment CARE’s funding for the buses that bring underserved students to the free ballet performances.
